Okay, doesn't really work. If there isn't a problem with the higher-ups (KaGez & fabs) I'm going to be uploading YPNgine tomorrow evening. It may be longer because KaGez _does_ want me to port all the old db stuff to YPNgine, so the date may change. I'll keep you informed.

Will this vaporware ever turn into crystalizedware?

It will most definitly be within the next week, so yes.

Isn't there a test version online somewhere?
Posted by dxprog on 05:40:00 10-18-2003
KaGez has the old version on his server (kage-chan.homelinux.net/YPNgine). There are a lot of problems with the message board in that version, though.

Technically, glassware would indicate that it came out faster, and the molecules didn't have time to arrange themselves. So screw crystalizedare

WTF do you mean cows?

I tested the "new" engine and I don't see any advantages to using it over the current one.
I mean, it looks a lot prettier, yes, but how does it even differ from the one in use at the moment? The layout and features are exactly the same.
Are there some hidden features that I can't see from the online version directly?

Things can solidify in two ways, into a crystal, or into a glass. Generally, when things freeze, it happens slowly so that the molecules have time to arrange themselves. However, if frozen quickly enough, the molecules will remain mostly scattered, and you will have a glass. (not necessarily the kind of "glass" you're used to)...

It's been a while since i've learned about that in school and I learned in french. So I'm probably confused. I'll take your words for it.

PartyFish, and now YPNgine have been talked about for months and months. There must be some brand new, uber-flashy and extremely useful feature split didn't see isn't it dxprog?
I mean, a web engine that took over a year to achieve to the first worthy version must be very very good?
