This message as-sumes that YPNgine will actually arrive someday. I'm kind of skeptical that it will at the current moment.
But anyway, to the point: will all old posts be deleted when YPNgine is launched? Will they at least be archived if not editable?

No. All the posts will be cleared. And I guess the server _isn't_ going to be updated for a week or so because of some caching thing. I'll keep everyone informed.
