This is a strange topic, but to be honest, I don't know what kind of shampoo I use; I never actually looked at the bottle, and I'm too lazy to get up and look at it now.

I use .... hm... yeah, wel, a simple japanese shampoo, and sometimes I use a Cosco (my dad works there ) shampoo.... dunno the names of both tho... I always look on the pkg and price, and not on the name when I buy shampoo

I think I usually use some shit from Yves Rocher, I reckon they're ok from an ethical point of view, but I think I'll look it up a bit better.
I could tell you about my toothpaste though! I use Kingfisher's flour toothpaste with only natural ingrediences, and cruelty-free. gotta buy a new tube of that btw..

Mox: of course, but "cruelty free" refers to intended cruelty, most commonly it's a term for labelling products that don't contain animalic ingredients and haven't been tested on animals.

well, testing medicaments does only work if your ill. Scientists will not infect themselves with HIV or anything just to test a new medicament that _might_ help them.
Whatever, new shampoos are definitely not necessary enough to justify any killing.

well, no. you don't test pharmaceutical drugs on ill animals (well, you do, but that's not what most of the tests are about). Most of the tests are done to find out about toxicity, and possible adverse reactions to the drug as a new chemical compound, and not as a pharmaceutical tool. You don't need animals for that.
