yes, they should get access.. i already tried to do it (give them access) but it didn't work for some reason.. and i didnt want to give them Admin privileges...

hehe, you don't need to set them anything. I edited the access list for the forum.
do "Administration panel" ---> "Set private forum permissions", choose this forum and there you have the list of users.
