I thought it would be interesting to let people know. There was a programming contest with Universities taking part. 70 teams from 26 Countries participated. The best US did was 13th place...
the UC-Berkeley and Caltech tied for it.
First place went to Warsaw University.
The contest was the 27th International Collegiate Programming Contest. It was based on solving programming problems.

Warsaw is in Poland.
The whole competition was just to see how well they could solve Programming problems. A whole afternoon was spent on it with Universities competing against each other.
I doubt they actually did any programming.
