Hi
I m in the process of porting a fortran code frm solaris to AIX. in solaris i m using - secnds - function to determine the seconds elapsed since midnight. basically to findout the time taken for execution.
AIX does not support the secnds function cal.
is there a substitute ? any way out ? by wgich i can jus REPLACE my secnds function calls !

I know that there are ways for this in C/C++, since all posix complaint systems share a broad variety of header files, but I don't know about fortan, sorry
does anybody in here know fortan at all?

I don't think anyone in here can actually afford AIX. I think you're out of luck, pal.
