I just got SuSE linux 7.2I saw sum kewl packages but the only problem is the perl krap, i thought it would be kewl to run a perl script from my box, but it keeps comming up with the "Open As" SHYT. Does anyone know how the change that?...... + what i hate about winmodems... Anyways the klass ended and the hot chik that i hooked up with, well that didn't work out.
I still can't be on YPN because my parentshave to buy a non-winmodem.

easy :
Open a tty/X-term and start a PERL script :
$ perl name_of_the_script
That's it . Since PERL is included in the base in almost ANY distro you shouldn't have to install the interpreter .
