in japan and also the US this was a news about 1/2 year ago. in japan it already is realized. They already sell PS2s with linux inside. never saw one, but I've read about it in some magazines.

yeah, it's old, /. has been running the story a few months ago. They are out in the US now, too.

btw, Oliver Bolzer is invloved in the Linux on PS2 project... They're making a distro for it afaik... it's somewhere on sf.
