I was looking through old threads and found one called 'recomended reading'. I think it would be a good idea to create a new forum, under off-topic just for this. Each book someone recommends could be it's own thread. Think of how many books we have read between everyone in this community.... Just a thought.

book reviews are a nice idea for a new section, the reviews themselves could be discussed in general ypn - a java forum as henning suggested would maybe be useful, too, but i think we just don't have enough members with java skills.
An "internet: what is it good for" forum would be stupid we have enough web-related forums already...

that book thing sounds good, but maybe we shouldn't put reviews in there. For reviews you can really carry your ass over to amazon But for book recommendations or something like that I think it's a good idea

By reviews I mainly was talking about reccomendations, and maybe de-reccomendations.
