i thought about the many tutorials that i know are all great works and that people put lots of time into them. but then u see that lots of them aren't rated... so i thought that we could have like a 'ratings commitee' that consists of like 5 people or so, and they have to rate every tutorial or piece of code. we could also have sections... like one commitee for assembly, one for webdesign, one for other.....
just to share that...

No, I don't think so. The idea is that people should be able to get what a total newbie or an "expert" have to say about their tutorials.
I know many tutorials aren't rated, and that ratings aren't always fair, but we'll try to start an upswing for rating.

First I think it's impossible to rate everything .... but I myself try to read as much as I can and vote for it ...
