I think your tutorial/code/rating system is pretty much ok and working well except for 1 little point.
I was browsing throught the tutorials today and I found and about 20% of the linked tutorials are simply dead links... I'd suggest that you create a small depot on this site so that people can actually upload their documents so the link don't die every so often.
Maybe this was planned for the so-called "PartyFish" engine.

I thought it was up to the user to keep their links updated. I've had to do that a few times.

Yeah, [Neu]Mann, it is actually already a working part of partyfish.

I agree it SHOULD be up to the users to keep their link up to date but we all know everything that is up to the users is very often forgot about (or not taken care of).
Some people might just come on YPN, enjoy it few months postings valuable tutorials and code and then forget about it (they can simply die or join TPU).
Those dead links might have contained very good tutorials or document. Seing them lost because of the carelessness of the owner (or the evilness of the host [read: Brinkster]) is sad
I'm just throwing in this idea. I know it's not very hard to handle.

Excellent Thank you MoX!

we've already tested it a few times, and, as mox already said, it works in partyfish, which we will release a beta of later this day. I'm right now preparing the tarball for the release.
Anyways, the feature will be available, _but_ there will be a filesize limit, which will be about 50kb. We thought this is more than enough for a single tutorial or code snippet. And, we also don't have infinite space
