Is there a website that allows you to connect to an irc server through it, and it outputs html? So you can hang out in the channel from behind a firewall? I know this is possible, but I do not know of any sites that offer this service, later.

I found one, cgiirc.sourceforge.net. That is where you get the software to run the server, or search for cgiirc on freshmeat.
