Ok, we've decided to make a major change to the Hall of Fame script. We think, not quantity but quality should be important. In the new script, top 10 or 20, we're not sure yet, programmers will be displayed. Rank is calculated like this:

rank= totalpoints/submitions/voters +submitions/10

That means that quality is in the foreground, however, quantity is rated, too (1/10th) to be exact.
