today I got an icq message from somebody.. saying something like "I saw that you posted on the YPN message board. we need freelance programmers and designers ".
I got a bit pissed and said "don't spam me and other YPN members", although I didn't expect a reply. But it came. And he was excusing himself and apologizing.
I said it's ok. He went on talking and told me he's 60 years old and just started that Saith thing (check the site to see what it is) and saw our community etc etc.
He wanted me to advertise for him, and in return he promised a lot of stuff, among others free advertising on his site. I said I'll talk to the others and consider it.
he's fishy. he sais he retired from the air force where he was an F16 pilot (wonder what the relevance was) and sometimes he called me "young man" and referred to his grandson who's in my age, but he also called me "Sir". heh
totally goofed out somehow.. I couldn't help but laugh..
just wanted to tell you .

just check it and you'll get it. freelance programmers can find jobs, and ppl needing freelance programmers to do some job can post the assigment...
