I dloaded a flash-plugin for nutscrape from macromedia.com . Will this work with moz, too?

Yum.
Just put it in the plugin dir (and some .class shit in some other dirs), look at "about:plugins" in moz, and it should be listed there if everything went right.
I must admit that i've had some difficiuleties with plugins in moz lately, tho...

If you want to set it up ONLY for one user , you can simply copy it into the mozilla folder in his'/her's Home dir . That'd be :
