Does anybody know how to:
a) Setup Outlook for a WEB BROWSER like Hotmail or AOL??
b)any websites that u can set up an e-mail account EXCEPT FOR www.mail.com and www.yahoo.com

Well, I don't think AOL will let anything aside from itself manage it's mail. Otherwise I think there's a Hotmail option in the e-mail setup wizard in Outlook (Express).

Phreaker.net [They have several other domain extensions too] is okee POP3 account-- i use it for my newsletters and such.

I used to know about an app that could take mail from a regular aol account, and feed it into any pop3 mail client, but I can't seem to find it now. I'll look around, and get back to you.

yeah but you also can use Mr.Postman
Its just free and you can use it for the most IPS.
