Thank for any answer. Excuse for the request for the help. But I think, that there are here programmers that can help the knowledge. And it is no difficult for them.

It looks to me that he attempted to use paypal for some sort of payment, and he didn't get the funds. Or did I not read that correctly? The english seems a bit broken to me.

seems completely broken to me... I don't get what connection he/she/it is talking about at all ...

Broken... I don't think so. I think that is his native language.

Henning, just because you don't share his beliefs doesn't mean you can't help this guy! Would you like it if you asked for help with Java and someone said, "I love Redmond so I can't help you"?
Olha: What exactly isn't working? Try to be more specific in your description. Is someone trying to send you something with Paypal, and it isn't arriving in your account? If that's the case, are you sure the sender entered all the information correctly when he/she tried to send you the stuff? There might have been a typing error. But if you're sure the sender entered everything correctly, then you should probably try contacting Paypal and asking them if they can help you.
Also, here's some info at the Paypal website: http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_help-ext
You might want to try search Google (www.google.com) for something like Paypal Help.

or it may be one of those paypal things again... I've heard and read that paypal is loosing quite much of money transfered over to/from paypal, and that their system is very insecure (check out the Abiword paypal account... somebody took all their money out of the paypal account, because paypal was not secure enough...).
I think chances are big enough that it got simply stolen/lost from paypal....

Henning:
Why would a personal programming project page need a paypal account? Thinking might help a little bit in this case (not meant offensively tho )

Kagez, I think you're the one who could stand to practice some thinking.
The very first message included a link to the site in question, which includes a very prominent "shopping cart" button at the top of the main page. I don't know why you're assuming that it's a "personal programming project."

well, sorry we were not able to help you
Smerdyakov:
do you really think I'm searching for shopping carts on such a page? I'm not as bored as you, I've got stuff to translate and stuff to code. Sorry for not having the time for you anymore either

If you don't have the time to look at something, then why are you confident enough to make statements like the one you made to henning?
Posted by Sonarman on 13:37:00 01-09-2003
lol KaGeZ and Smerdyakov argue so much it's scary
