this is getting ridiculous.
Some people said good bye to MoX who left nearly 6 months ago and now Inhale replies to a thread in the contest forum that is OVER 1 AND 1/2 YEARS OLD!
I can understand that one may want to write in the famous "How old are you" threads and such but one really shouldn't expect replies from a thread older than few months!
Check the GODDAMMED DATES before posting!

I did check the date. Which didn't help much, given that it was the date of the last post, rather than when the thread was made...

Also - Why not purge the system of anything older than, say, a month, unless it is really active?

Yeah, that's why I think in the new BBS [we wont worry about it on this one...] we could plan to lock a topic if after a week or so it has no new responces...this way it is still around for someone who may have a similer question to read, but it cannot be brought back from the crypt. (^_^)
