Ok, so this mail is from "you.will.need.to.figured.this.out" and yes, I'm trying to figure it out now, maybe you wanna give me some tips
1. I see this person either made a typo "figured" or is not very good with english tenses... lemme see... no, it's just a typo...
2. It's prolly not charly because my b-day is tomorrow and he could have sent the mail tomorrow
3. It's not my "ex-girlfriend" (she;s prolly offended by that term ), she wants to see me dead
4. It's not my friend bh_ney, he's offline now
5. It's not kagez, he told me he didn't do it
6. Robert neither. He also told me.
7. May it be polykarp? But he already congratulated me

Check your contact list in ICQ, it always reminds you a few days before.
I also have another suspect: fabs. What says he hasn't mailed himself just to be able to say to everybody that it's his birthday soon?

I didn't send it either ...
maybe you can take a look at the header of the mail and check from which server it was sent . It is all written in the header of the mail , so just view the source of the mail (every mail prog has such a function) .
There you can check it all maybe also the IP if you're lucky =)
