Why not ask your parents to type in the password so you can play starcraft?

that's a awsome idea, I agree
maybe also the fastest way to get it done

Not to mention the most honost, and if you ever got caught the option that would get you in the least amount of trouble.

hhrmmmm... am I always expected to be mature and good?
In fact, I'm not always that mature, and in fact I love to fool around! At least when I'm in a good mood

Hey, I'm hardly mature either. I try to act more mature on here (somtimes to no avail ). You all caught a glimpse of my true self when I posted anonymously and posted as if I was sacah. But still, your parents set the controls for a reason. It annoys me too, but I don't try to bypass it.

I can agree with you there. It's so buggy it's pathetic. Even under parental control MSN 8 allows programs outside it to use the connection (if it's set to true). MS did one thing right.

First, this post has nothing to do about YPN
Back to the topic.
It shouldn't be that hard to guess your parents passcode.
What is AOL's maximum and minimum character requirements?
Who set the password? Lets just say, it is your father.
Is it a number? Maybe his bank card number?
Or is he a man of words ? What is his desires? Does he watch sports? Is he a stocky man, maybe desires for food?
(now we are narrowing it).
You should be able to guess it

As a general rule, female given names make a popular choice for passwords.

Oh yeah, another nice concept is; rather than trying many passwords for one account, try on password for many accounts. [Perhaps that is not applicable to this discussion, but still informative]

"As a general rule, female given names make a popular choice for password"
You mean like, Maiden Name? Or Mothers maiden name?
Lots of people use those as passwords .

Given is firstname. i.e., several password lists I looked at once, had almost every female firstname on them.

Try their names + something else, such as "Maxinator". Like my username, themaximus. My real name is Max, but I added some other stuff and .... voila!

My screen name is kind of like that too. My name is Prograstimus, and I program dx. No, prog doesn't stand for programmer. I'm just kidding

My real name is kenneth, but everyone calls me by Kenny.
I like the characters in Red Alert (Command & Conquer) especially the Russians.
Some of my favorite hockey players are Russian too. Same with musicians and writers.
Russians are also thought as Americans as evil (like they think of me )
So, I took a popular last part of Russian names, "kov" (SmerdyaKOV, RaskolniKOV, FerdorOV).
Thus, keni(Kenny)kov.

Hehe, you forgot LukyaNOV, and YaKOV:P
I choose my name Uesugi Iemitsu...During the Senroku [Nation at War] period, the clan Uesugi controlled much of the north of Honshu [Mutsu, ect]. Even though the did not win the war, they were grealty rewarded by their services of those who did, Tokagawa clan.
The Emperor Napleon during his Egyptian campaigne enetered teh Great Pyramid, and went to Pharoah's chamber and asked to be left alone. When he came out of the chamber as if he had seen ghost. It is thought that perhaps his 'father', Alexander Great had appeared unto him, making him the [most liekly 2nd] of the KNOWN line.
Now, you know that in maths in graphs, there are two parameters, X and Y, when their lines meet they form a mark place. XY also stand as teh standard chromosone for human males.
SO
X = the KNOWN line
Y = Uesugi line
XY = ?
