If you mean my program DIC i've posted in the C/C++ section, I compiled it with LCC. I havent tested it with any other compilers, but most windows C/C++ compilers should be able to compile it (maybe after some porting work).

LCC is good, that's why I use it . If you can make it without the OO extentions of C++, use LCC for Windows programming in C.
