There have been some behind the scenes stuff going on with YPN, and since you're all admins I figured you should know. KaGez has been trying to get a new server (one in the US or EU), because we are having trouble getting responses from with the people at m17n.org. I recieved a mail from KaGez today that the YPN "politics" are going to change. We are going to adhere to the Free Software policy from now on, since they are the ones helping us with the site.
